While White & Case has built an exceptional reputation through their cross-border work, distinctive pro-bono opportunities and an unparalleled global footprint, competition for top talent is an ongoing concern for any leading law firm. To ensure they continue to compete for the world’s best, we created a recruiting campaign that spoke directly to the high-achieving, entrepreneurial team players that succeed at White & Case. I led the design for the recruiting brand toolkit, website and video.

Recruiting Brand Toolkit
We collaborated with Japanese-trained calligrapher Aoi Yamaguchi to create a signature ampersand that brings a distinct voice and recognizable White & Case stamp to the visual system that supports the recruiting experience. This mark is paired with the tagline “Together We Make A Mark,” which expresses the opportunity and achievement possible at White & Case, a strategic messaging call-out that resonates with their target audiences.
We created a recruiting website that brings the brand toolkit to life through motion and interaction. The site’s flow was created to target the three main audiences of the campaign.
We created a video that documents artist Aoi Yamaguchi’s creative process. The elegant video draws a parallel between the skill, confidence and practice needed to create both art and a career at White & Case.
